About the program

After incorporating both strength training and pilates practices into our daily workouts, we have found a blend of the two that yields the best results for us. "Wedding Ready" is primarily strength focused to replace fat with lean muscle. This partnered with pilates movements allows for lengthening of the muscles, and adds an emphasis on control, core strength, balance, and flexibility. The program includes 6 weekly workouts lasting 30-50 minutes, targeting various body areas. Equipment needed: Dumbbells Recommended: Treadmill, resistance bands, mat, bench

Fitness Enthusiasts

We're sisters born just over a year apart and have been side by side ever sense. When Aubri was 19 she decided to start lifting weights in the gym instead of spending all her time on the stair climber or treadmill. This lead to changes in her bodies physique that had evaded her even though she had been working hard in the gym previously. What changed? A combination of the right kind of weight lifting and nutrition incorporated consistently gave her the results she had dreamt of achieving. Liv started as an experienced group fitness instructor and went through a similar journey as Aubri and yes, found exactly what makes her body work for her instead of against her. We both have a passion for helping others become their best, strongest, and happiest selves. Yes, it may start with fitness, but soon you may find excellence dripping into every aspect of your life.
